Outdoor construction, done properly.
Land Tech Enterprise LLC started with drainage and site work in Rockland County and grew into full landscaping and outdoor construction because customers kept asking for the next thing on top of the dry yard we gave them.
What we are
A licensed and insured landscaping and outdoor construction company based in Pomona, NY, serving Rockland County, Bergen County, and the wider Hudson Valley. Residential and commercial.
We own our equipment: excavators, skid steers, dump trailers, plows, and the hand tools to finish the work. That means we do not wait on a rental yard or a subcontractor's schedule to start your job, and the crew that digs the drainage is the crew that lays the patio.
How we work
Walk the site
We meet you on the property, look at where the water goes, where the sun is, and what you actually want to use the yard for.
Plan and price
A drawn plan, a written scope, and a fixed price. No allowances that balloon later.
Build
One crew, our equipment, a start date and a finish date. You get a text when we are on the way each morning.
Stand behind it
We come back after the first winter and fix anything that moved. Then the property is on our seasonal schedule if you want it.
What we do not do
Weekly mowing on its own, pool construction, and retaining walls over 4 feet that need an engineered design. Gas and electrical work on our projects is done by licensed plumbers and electricians. If a job is better done by someone else, we tell you and give you a name.
Licensing and insurance
Rockland County Home Improvement License H-25-001. General liability insurance on every job, and certificates of insurance are available on request before any work starts.
