Outdoor Kitchens & Living Spaces
Built-in grills, fire features, and covered structures that turn a patio into the room the family actually uses from April to November.

What we do
Why it matters
- One point of contact. We build the masonry and carpentry and schedule the licensed plumber and electrician, so you are not coordinating four trades yourself.
- Built for our climate. Freeze-rated veneers, sealed tops, and footings below frost line so nothing heaves.
- Designed around how you cook. Prep space, landing zones, and clearances laid out before the first block is set.
We walk it with you, then send a written scope and a fixed price. Photos help us come prepared.
Questions
How much does an outdoor kitchen cost?
A straight-run island with a built-in grill starts around $15,000. L-shaped kitchens with a fridge, sink, and bar seating typically run $25,000 to $50,000.
Who runs the gas line?
A licensed plumber. We plan the route and leave a sleeve under the pavers, the plumber runs natural gas or propane to the island, and the town inspects it where required.
How long does a project take?
Most outdoor kitchens are two to four weeks on site once materials arrive. Pergolas and fire pits are usually under a week.
Can this be added to my existing patio?
Often, yes. We check the base and drainage first, since a kitchen adds real weight.
