Clay soil, rock ledge, steep grades, and freeze-thaw cycles break patios and walls that were built for somewhere else. We build for here.

- Below the frost line. Posts, footings, and wall bases go deep enough that nothing heaves in March.

What areas do you serve?
Rockland County and Bergen County are our core area. We also work in Orange and Passaic counties for larger projects.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Land Tech Enterprise LLC is licensed and insured for residential and commercial work in New York and New Jersey. Certificates are available on request.
Do you charge for estimates?
No. We walk the site, talk through options, and send a written scope and price. Design drawings for larger outdoor living projects are quoted separately.
How soon can you start?
Drainage and smaller jobs usually within two to three weeks. Patios, kitchens, and full backyard builds are scheduled four to eight weeks out in season.
Do you do lawn mowing?
Only as part of a full maintenance contract. Our focus is construction: drainage, hardscape, outdoor living, fencing, and seasonal cleanups.
