Junk Removal & Demolition
Old sheds, rotted decks, broken patios, and the pile behind the garage. We take it down, load it, and haul it out, with a Rockland County hauler permit and every load going to a Rockland Green facility.

What we do
Why it matters
- Permitted and disposed of properly. Our trucks carry a Rockland County hauler permit and loads go to Rockland Green facilities. Metal, brush, and clean fill are separated where the facility takes them.
- Our own equipment. Excavators, skid steers, and dump trailers mean a shed or a slab comes out in a day, without waiting on a rental yard.
- Ready for the next step. We leave the ground graded and clean. If a patio, lawn, or fence is going in next, the same crew builds it.
Questions
How is junk removal priced?
By volume, weight, and how far it has to be carried to the truck. We give a fixed price on site before anything is loaded. Heavy material like concrete and soil is priced by weight.
Do I need a permit to tear down a shed or deck?
Often, yes. Most Rockland towns require a demolition permit for larger sheds, decks attached to the house, and any structure with electric or plumbing. We check with the building department and file it.
What about asbestos?
New York requires an asbestos survey before demolishing a building put up before 1974, such as an old garage. We arrange the survey, and if it finds asbestos, a licensed abatement contractor removes it before we start.
Do you do junk removal in New Jersey?
Not at this time. Junk removal and hauling are for Rockland County, NY. On our New Jersey projects, old material we remove goes out in a roll-off from a licensed hauler.
