When the town pickup will not take it

The Piermont DPW collects household garbage and runs a rubbish and debris pickup every other week from April to early October, by appointment in the colder months, for metal, appliances with the doors off, and wood cut to 5 feet. Village code makes contractors remove their own construction debris, and the DPW will not take it.
